With London Fashion Week kicking off today we have taken it upon ourselves to locate the best, affordable and most delicious Proescco hotspots (a tough task we know) all within in tottering distance of the LFW base on Brewer Street.

London fashion week can be exhausting, meaning having a bar near by to help you refuel  is essential. A glass or two of the crisp bubbly stuff is a must, it’s exactly what will make your fashion week lush.

Proescco hotspot no1 :- MELE & PERE , Trattoria and Vermouth Bar, 46 Brewer Street W1

This unsuspecting traditional Italian Trattoria probably wouldn’t be the first on your hit list whilst attending LFW. Its not a fashion hotspot, it doesn’t have any swanky fashion folk loitering outside or even a glitzy looking bar but what is does have is Prosecco on tap. That’s all you need right, bubbles on tap? Referred to as frizzante on their menu it comes in at a reasonable £4.50 a glass. This super cute Italian bar will transport you to rustic Italy giving you the perfect place to re group and refuel with a delicious glass of bubbles.
This has also been trailed and tested by myself (Bethan) and it was delicious, light and crisp just how we like our prosecco. The food is equally as brilliant being able to satisfy everyones taste buds with a great variety on the menu.

Prosecco hotspot no2 :- The Azulito Bar , 80 Wardour Street.

The Azulito bar hides underneath Mexican resturant Wahaca, making this a hidden gem. Obviously because this place is Mexican this of course has an unlimted supply of tequila, not that a shot tequila did anyone any harm, but we aren’t here for the tequila are we. Azulito offers a fabulous fruity and of course ever so bubbly bottle of Prosseco for under £30, so if your hitting fashion week in a group this bar is a great pit stop to share a few.

Prosseco hotspot no 3 :- Pizza Pilgrims 11 Dean Street

Pizza Pilgrims celebrates everything Italian from insanely good pizza to Aperol spritz to of course PROSSECO!! And once again its on tap. [ remind us to write to the Italians to thank them for this amazing invention, THANK YOU ITALIANS] We like to point out the obscure, so here is another pizza joint acting as a great Prosecco bar serving up some of the best bubbles in town at only £5.50 a glass. Pizza Pilgrims also offers a full carafe at 1000ml and a half at 500ml so you don’t just have to settle for one glass. Why would you ?

Prosecco hotspot no 4 : 68 and Boston 4-5 Greek Street

68 and Boston is more reminiscent of a ‘typical’ fashion folk haunt, it offers plush surroundings and swanky cocktails. The bar is split in two, an upstairs and a downstairs. 68- the wine bar is located on the ground floor offering an extensive wine lists with all bottles at a fab twenty quid and YES this includes the PROSSECO.  Prosecco for twenty quid in a lush bar in Soho, life is made, right?!

Boston – the late night cocktail bar is located on the first floor above 68, offering classic and original cocktails all at a tenner. But enough about cocktails, we know where you’ll be, downstairs in Bar 68, sipping on Prosecco, clinking glasses with us, proposing a toast to how bloody great this Proescco tastes and we only paid twenty little pounds. BARGAIN!!! O and also finding the time to discuss the insane trends that went down at LFW. Which by the way we will be, to catch some of peoples LFW STREET STYLE.

Let it begin.
